This made it challenging to secure leadership support for future investment plans. The client sought to develop a robust growth strategy for its International Markets, defining investment priorities and direction over the next three to five years with credible, realistic forecasts of market opportunities.   #### How we helped Clearstate built a country-specific year-on-year growth forecast model using the Surgical Procedure Volume and Devices Tracker. We provided the underlying drivers of these forecasts, highlighting the macroeconomic, industry, and medical specialty factors influencing demand and supply across relevant product categories. In addition to the data, Clearstate’s country analysts were available to explain the rationale behind each forecast, giving the client essential context to build a robust and credible investment business case.  #### Results Clearstate's forecast model is built on country-specific factors rather than relying on broad benchmarking. We combined award-winning macroeconomic forecasts from The Economist Intelligence Unit with Clearstate’s industry expertise to generate accurate and credible predictions for IVD market growth. These forecasts, together with our growth opportunity analysis, enabled the client to develop a compelling and defensible investment plan that now serves as the blueprint for their five-year growth strategy. # Clearstate consulting Assess and plan around opportunities to enter new markets.Find out how Clearstate can support your go-to-market strategy.
